A serious crash with injuries reported is causing stop-and-go delays late Monday afternoon on a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway.

The crash, reported just before 5 p.m., is on the shoulder of the roadway on the northbound side at Peekskill Hollow Road (Exit 25) in Putnam Valley.
